Established in February, 2015, Jiangsu Yi Huai Group mainly engages in six top sectors, including cement manufacturing, R&D of new materials, finance, food, real estate and logistics trade.

Jiangsu Yi Huai Cement Co., Ltd, the parent company of the Group, has the annual capacity of 3 million tons for its leading product of cement in the brand of “Yi Huai”.

The Group has eight wholly-owned subsidiaries. Jiangsu Yi Huai New Materials Co., Ltd has the annual capacity of 1.2 million tons for its leading product of mineral powder in the brand of “Yi Huai”;

Jiangsu Yi Huai Catering Co., Ltd mainly operates in its leading product of Suba Soup in the brand of “Yiyangyang”.

Suqian Juxin Logistics Co., Ltd mainly engages in the sales of products of the Group. It has 120 sets tank trucks for powder materials and medium and small-sized transport vehicles.

Suqian Xingmu Trading Co., Ltd mainly takes charge of the raw material purchasing for the Group, and has 15 large trucks and 30 inland shipping vessels.

Suqian Yi Huai Port Services Co., Ltd has four 500-tonnage ports and two 200-tonnage ports. Besides, the Group also has subsidiaries like Tianzuo Commerce and Trade, Yi Huai Technology and Yi Huai Research and Development. The Group also participates in the shareholding of Muyang County Rural Commercial Bank.

In order to respond to the call of the County Party Committee and the County Government for the bigger and stronger development of the enterprise, and promote the development of local economy in Muyang, the Group plans to construct a power grinding project for high calcium stone with the annual capacity of 600,000 tons at the northern side of Jiangsu Yi Huai New Materials Co., Ltd. The products from this project would be mainly used for desulfurization and denitrification operation of coal consumption enterprises like thermal power plants. With the planned investment of 120,000,000 Yuan and the land coverage of 108 Mus, the Project would introduce vertical mills, lifting equipment, dust collectors and many other equipment. After the official production, it is anticipated that the Project could achieve the annual sales revenue of 260,000,000 Yuan and the net tax contribution of 12,000,000 Yuan. At present, the land acquisition for the Project is completed, and various preliminary works like equipment model selection are well underway. It is expected that the construction would commence from the end of the year.
